- ➤ The USS Pierre joined the U.S. Navy this morning in Panama City, Florida (sponsored by Larissa Thune Hargens, daughter of Senate Majority Leader John Thune) and carries about 40 crew with a crest that shows two walleyes from South Dakota. - ➤ The Downtown Sioux Falls Library — Meeting Room B will host a Survivor Day event on November 22 for those affected by suicide loss, where survivors will share a meal and support.
