- ➤ Sioux Falls offers a busy lineup of free Halloween events today including a home expo at the Convention Center & Arena (10 a.m. to 5 p.m.), family activities at the Butterfly House and Washington Pavilion (10 a.m. to 5 p.m.), trick or treating at Western Mall (1 to 3 p.m.) and a Falls Park Farmers Market (8 a.m. to 1 p.m.).
