- ➤ Sioux Falls is welcoming residents to free leaf and branch drop-off sites from September 20 to November 20 — one site near the Sioux Empire Fairgrounds on North Lyon Boulevard and the other on Chambers Street near the Household Hazardous Waste Facility, where yard waste is recycled into mulch and compost while supplies last.
