Yesterday, trade leaders including Gov. Larry Rhoden, Gov. Jim Pillen, Congressman Dusty Johnson, and Congressman Adrian Smith met in Sioux Falls for the 2025 Midwest Agricultural Export Summit—addressing trade barriers, global partnerships, and strategies to boost agricultural exports while South Dakota Trade CEO Jesse Fonkert stressed the need for fair trade policies.
