  • Sioux Falls is starting several road construction projects this month—work includes ADA improvements on 41st Street and Minnesota Avenue beginning July 7, traffic signal upgrades on Cliff Avenue and 17th Street slated to finish December 5, a sewer extension on West Madison and 264th streets that will continue into 2026, and multiple lane closures on roads such as Arrowhead Parkway and South Big Stone Avenue.  Argus Leader
