- ➤ Today, Sioux Falls drivers face road closures as crews begin repairs using a series of lane shutdowns—Cliff Avenue’s southbound lane at 17th Street is closed until November for a traffic light project, West Windmill Ridge Street is closed at Ellis Road for three weeks, and the westbound lane on West 12th Street is closed until September; Broek Drive and Roberts Drive are also closed for about one week for utility and gutter work.
