- ➤ Police said an intoxicated call on Thursday morning brought officers to a North Lewis Street apartment where Daniel Marshall (36) was found injured and died on Saturday, and suspect Shawn Roubideaux (44) is now in custody on an aggravated assault charge. KELOLAND
- ➤ Sioux Falls Police Department is investigating two violent cases—in one incident on June 30th, 39-year-old Doris High Elk was pushed off a retaining wall near the 8th Street bridge and later died in hospital after 45-year-old Jubal Rattler was charged with aggravated assault pending autopsy results, while on Thursday morning officers responded to a townhome where 36-year-old Daniel Marshall died from brain injuries after being beaten and 44-year-old Shawn Roubideaux along with two women were charged with murder.
