- ➤ Sioux Falls Parks and Recreation is seeking local input for a new park on four acres east of North Dubuque—designed to serve a growing neighborhood. The survey asks for favorite amenities and preferred usage times, and construction will begin in 2027—pending city council approval. KELOLAND
