- ➤ On April 11, Sioux Falls Police and partner agencies conducted a special patrol that issued 192 citations, 75 warnings and made 11 arrests for speeding and dangerous driving—one chase ended in Turner County— and they will continue to patrol regularly. Argus Leader

GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ State officials with the Project Prison Reset task force are looking at the former Citibank campus (701 E. 60th Street North) in north Sioux Falls as a possible site for a new men's state prison on nearly 70 acres. The task force, which needs at least (100 acres) of land within 20 miles, will evaluate submissions due April 24 while lawmakers plan to decide after a special session in July. KXRB
