- ➤ Sioux Falls residents are being warned by the IRS and Better Business Bureau about rising tax scams—scammers use phishing and smishing messages and leave varied voicemails urging quick payments—and officials explain the IRS only contacts taxpayers by mail while never demanding payment via gift cards or cash apps. - ➤ A Sioux Falls school is expanding its agriculture program by building a new barn — complete with a greenhouse, head house, two classrooms and a large shop/storage space — that will open for classes in fall 2026. KELOLAND
- ➤ South Dakota State University plans to offer two new courses in bison management if its proposal is approved at the board of regents meeting on April 3 — the spring course will cover fundamentals while the fall course will focus on advanced production techniques.
