On Jan. 8, Roots of Brasil owners leased the adjacent building at 201 N.

On Jan. 8, 2026, SDN Communications introduced its new commercial sales manager, Chris Aeilts, whose combined tech and sales experience will guide teams in Sioux Falls and Rapid City.
