- ➤ Starting Monday, Jan. 5, the outside westbound lane of West 41st Street will be closed weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Big Sioux River bridge for truck access, with crews excavating drainage pond material north of the street; work should finish in about 4 weeks (weather permitting).
