A fusion of exercises incorporating barre, flow, and pilates moves that anyone can do! During this 45 minute class we will target small muscle groups while increasing strength, flexibility, and stability. This unique combination of exercises will work muscles you didn’t realize you had, while toning and defining your body. With a little added cardio this class is sure to please.
